What we collect

We collect only what a requirement needs: your name, work email, and optional company, phone and requirement details. We do not collect DOB, identity documents, sensitive employee data or unnecessary business-confidential information. The requirement form states what is collected and who receives it.

How your details are shared

Your contact details and requirement are shared only with the providers you explicitly approve, and only after you consent. They are never broadcast to all providers, never sold, and never used for anything other than responding to your requirement. If no provider can be suggested for your area, your requirement goes to our team for manual review instead of being shared.

Collection notice (RFQ form)

When you post a requirement, the information you provide is collected by AllSpice Technologies Pty Ltd (ABN to be confirmed on request) to manage your request and introduce you to providers you approve. It is disclosed only to those providers, and to our team where manual routing is required. It is kept only as long as needed to manage your request and respond to enquiries, and then deleted or de-identified. You do not have to provide all information; the minimum is a valid work email and a description of your requirement.

Retention

Requirement records are retained while the request is live and for a short period afterwards to support the marketplace and answer questions. Aggregates used for demand research never identify you. If you want your requirement removed earlier, contact us and we will remove or de-identify it.

Demand analytics

We aggregate searches, zero-result searches and requirement metadata to decide where to research next. Aggregates never identify you.

Your rights

You may ask what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Email communications

Emails sent on behalf of your requirement identify Compliance Compare as the sender, state the purpose, and include a working way to stop further messages (such as replying "stop" or unsubscribing). We do not send commercial electronic messages to you without consent.
